In 2003, Callahan Roach partnered with PoolCorp, the largest wholesale distributor of swimming pool and related backyard products to offer PoolCorp’s SCP and Superior dealers business improvement products and services. Founded in 1993, PoolCorp has grown to over 250 service center locations in North America and Europe. “Our goal is to building a dealer base that includes profitable and viable business customers. We understand that we can succeed only when our customers are profitable” according to Rick Postoll, a senior manager at Pool Corporation’s home office in Covington, Louisiana.

The PoolCorp flat rate service, called PSR (for Pool and Spa Repair Manual) now includes over 3500 repairs and includes 67 brands of pool and spa parts and supplies that covers just about any pool repair that a technician may find in the backyards of their customers.
